By downloading or using KTET Mate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.
KTET Mate is intended solely for educational and exam-preparation purposes. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Each account may only be active on one device at a time.
All content within KTET Mate — including questions, text, graphics, and UI design — is the property of KTET Mate or sourced from publicly available materials. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
KTET Mate is an independent study-aid application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan or any government body. Content accuracy is not guaranteed — always verify with official sources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KTET Mate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We collect information you provide when registering (name, email, phone number, KTET category), and usage data such as test attempts and scores to power your progress tracking.
Your data is used to:
• Provide and personalise the app experience
• Display your progress and statistics
• Respond to support cases you raise
• Send in-app notifications about your support cases
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database service. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
To protect your account, KTET Mate enforces single-device login. Signing in on a new device will automatically sign out any existing session.
Images you attach to support cases are uploaded to a secure cloud storage bucket. They are accessible only to you and authorised support staff.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared with service providers (such as Supabase) solely to operate the app.
Your account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.
KTET Mate is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
